How to Pay Your Rent

We can accept your rent payments in one of two ways:

• Automatic payments from your checking account:  This is our preferred method of payment. It is the most convenient for both parties, and you will never have a late payment. To get started on setting this up, please fill out and mail this form (pdf file ) along with a voided check from the account you wish the monthly payment to be withdrawn.
• Checks or money orders:  Made out to "Arbors on Stewart, LLC" and mailed to PO Box 691, Morgantown, WV 26505. (Please include your apartment # on the memo line.)
